Our Story
Two campuses. One mission: opportunity without geography.
Erythras International University was founded on a simple conviction — that a nurse in Lagos, a teacher in Kano and an engineer in Addis Ababa all deserve the same door to world-class higher education. From our headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and our United States campus in Saint Paul, Minnesota, we deliver fully accredited Open, Distance & e-Learning (ODEL) programmes to learners in more than forty countries.
Every EIU programme pairs doctorate-qualified faculty with an interactive learning platform: drip-released course content, live virtual classrooms on Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, class communities on WhatsApp, and assessments secured by server-authoritative timers. Graduates finish with letterheaded transcripts and certificates that any employer can verify in seconds through our public portal.
