Applying to EIU takes about 20 minutes. A guided five-step form, an instant application number, decisions within five working days.

How to apply — five guided steps

1

Personal details

Names, gender, date of birth, nationality, contacts, address and next of kin.

2

Academic history

Previous schools, institutions, qualifications and grades attained.

3

Programme choice

Pick your course, level, intake and preferred campus — open intakes only.

4

Documents

Upload passport photo, ID/passport, certificates and transcripts securely.

5

Review & submit

Verify everything and submit — you get an instant application number (EIU-APP-…) to use as your reference.

After you apply

  1. 1

    Acknowledgment is instant

You receive an application number (EIU-APP-…) — note it down, it is your reference throughout admissions. A tokenized status link lets you track review progress.

  2. 2

    Review within 5 working days

Admissions verifies documents, checks duplicate records and confirms intake availability for your chosen programme.

  3. 3

    Decision by email

Approved applicants receive congratulations with credentials, joining documents, fee structure and course outline. Regret emails carry reasons and re-apply guidance.

  4. 4

    Pay fees, unlock learning

Pay by card (auto-verified) or bank transfer with proof upload. Once verified, your student dashboard unlocks with your course, timetable and community.
